Housekeeping Manager (Egyptian)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Egyptian, you will bring your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure that our guests' stays are comfortable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation of the housekeeping department.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify any maintenance or repair needs and communicate them to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
- Develop and implement procedures for efficient handling of guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, maintenance, and laundry to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and cleaning products.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours including weekends and holidays.
