Job Title: Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with previous experience in managing a hotel, preferably in Qatar. However, we welcome applicants of all nationalities who have a strong understanding of the local market and culture.

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments within the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for managing the budget, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Previous experience in revenue management and budget planning is also required. As this is an own visa job, candidates must already have their own valid work visa for Qatar.
