Hotel Maintenance Engineer (Malayalee Preferred)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of our hotel facilities. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a schedule to prevent potential issues from arising
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs or maintenance work that may affect guests' experiences
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance work
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and completed tasks
- Respond promptly to any guest requests or concerns related to hotel facilities

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required)
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the hospitality industry preferred
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
