We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced German Tutor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a language instructor, you will be responsible for teaching German to students of various ages and skill levels. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for teaching and enjoy working with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that cater to the needs of individual students.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Conduct assessments to monitor students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques such as lectures, discussions, games, etc.
- Encourage active participation and promote language fluency through conversation exercises.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop curriculum and share best practices.

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in German.
- Previous experience as a language tutor or instructor.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience working with both children and adults is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in German or related field is preferred but not required.
