Logistics coordinator vacancy in Sharjah UAE

Logistics Coordinator (Pakistanis Only)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. This position is open only to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Plan and track the shipment of goods from origin to destination
- Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments
- Ensure all shipping documents are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor logistics processes and identify areas for improvement
- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery
- Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers to obtain the best pricing
- Prepare reports on logistics performance measures

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g. SAP)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
