First Class Sailor - Maritime Operations Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced First Class Sailor to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Maritime Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ships.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ships, including engines, navigation equipment, and safety systems.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust course as needed to ensure safe navigation.
- Maintain accurate records of all ship activities, including cargo loading and unloading.
- Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols.
- Train and supervise crew members on proper ship procedures and emergency protocols.
- Communicate with onshore personnel to coordinate ship operations.

Requirements:
- Must be a First Class Sailor with at least 5 years of experience in maritime operations.
- Knowledge of ship maintenance, navigation systems, and safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills in English for effective communication with international crew members.
- Must be physically fit and able to work in challenging weather conditions.
- Preference for Indian nationality or women due to company diversity initiatives.
