We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Construction Managers to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute construction projects according to budget and timeline
- Coordinate and manage construction teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and laborers
- Monitor progress of project and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project duration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE or similar region (preferably Dibba-El-Fujairah)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements in the UAE
