Part-time IT Support Specialist

A reputable IT company in Dibba-El-Fujairah is looking for a Part-time IT Support Specialist to join their team. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of systems to ensure optimal performance
- Document all technical procedures and resolutions for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the industry
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client's concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and software applications (Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
