Indian Support Manager
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Indian Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As the Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our support team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the support team.
- Communicate with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in our products or services based on customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a customer support environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Must be fluent in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.
