Oenologist Consultant


We are seeking an experienced Oenologist Consultant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. As an Oenologist Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of wine production and quality assurance. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of grapes, must, and wine to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide recommendations for winemaking techniques and processes to achieve desired results
- Collaborate with winemakers and vineyard managers to develop new products
- Monitor the fermentation process and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct sensory evaluations of wines to assess flavor, aroma, and overall quality
- Maintain accurate records of all oenology processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in winemaking technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Oenology or related field
- Previous experience in wine production or quality assurance preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of winemaking techniques and processes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi, UAE
