Legal Adviser for a Law Firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Adviser to join our law firm in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients, including individuals and businesses, on various legal matters. This position is open to all nationalities and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and provide sound legal advice
- Prepare legal opinions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings or negotiations with third parties
- Provide guidance on compliance with laws and regulations
- Advise on corporate governance issues and facilitate company registration processes
- Keep abreast of developments in the legal field and update clients accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- Previous experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role is an advantage but not required
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to clients from different backgrounds
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi if not currently residing there
