Industrial Engineer (English speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions. You will work closely with other engineers, managers, and production staff to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting time studies and process analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing new processes, procedures, and systems to increase efficiency
- Analyzing data and creating reports to track performance and identify trends
- Collaborating with other engineers to design layouts for new or existing production facilities
- Working with managers to set production goals and develop plans to meet them
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for production issues
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency in process optimization techniques such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Flexibility to work part-time hours if needed
