Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front office, and events to ensure seamless customer experience
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
