Job Title: Speech Therapist

Our busy clinic in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. This full-time position requires experience in the field and a passion for helping patients of all ages improve their speech and language skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in speech therapy and a strong understanding of various speech disorders and techniques for treatment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations of patients' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Provide therapy sessions to patients using evidence-based techniques
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Speech Therapist
- Strong understanding of various speech disorders and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with patients of all ages, backgrounds, and nationalities
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
