Job Title: Sales Associate (Retail)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at our retail store in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Provide information about products, promotions, and policies
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a biometric passport system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is not required but preferred
- No prior experience in retail sales is necessary, training will be provided
- Must have a valid biometric passport for easy entry into Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
