Supply Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products to customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, team members, and other departments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand for materials
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Implement cost-saving strategies in the supply chain process
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations for sourcing materials
- Manage logistics and transportation of materials and products
- Oversee quality control processes for incoming materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain software
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
