Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and processing transactions at the cash register.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer needs and make product recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Assist with visual merchandising to create an attractive shopping environment
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is not required but would be an asset
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi or any other Indian language
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
