Managerial Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support business decisions
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost control measures
- Review and approve payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in managerial accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
- Attention to detail and accuracy
