Customer Service Representative (Indian Nationality)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our clients in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is an entry-level position, so no previous experience is required. We offer free visa and ticket for selected candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
- Providing accurate information about products and services
- Handling and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
