Information Technology Manager vacancy in Umm-Salal Qatar

IT Manager
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the information technology department in our company. Your main duties will include strategizing, planning, and implementing IT initiatives to support our business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks, and providing technical support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as necessary
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Provide technical support to all departments, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in the industry to ensure our company remains competitive
- Create and manage an IT budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of network administration, security systems, databases, cloud computing, etc.
- Experience with project management methods such as Agile or Waterfall is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
