Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping staff in Umm-Said, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services
- Maintain budget and track expenses related to housekeeping department
- Collaborate with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Prior experience working in Qatar or knowledge of local culture is preferred
