Indian Administrative Manager in Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to effectively manage and coordinate administrative tasks for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise administrative staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Create and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors
- Assist with budgeting and financial management for the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:
- Indian nationality
- Previous experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
