Our five-star hotel in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar is seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation and presentation, inventory management, and staff training. Your creativity and passion for food will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Requirements:
- Must have Indian nationality
- Biometric passport preferred
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef is not required but highly preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create new dishes and menus while also maintaining quality and consistency in existing ones
- Familiarity with food costing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures

Responsibilities:
- Develop new menus that showcase authentic Indian flavors while also incorporating local ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring quality, freshness, and timely service
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste while maintaining sufficient stock levels
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during peak hours
- Collaborate with other departments such as event planning or banquets to cater to specific dietary needs or preferences of guests
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
