Wedding Planner (Contract, Non-English Speaking, Suitable for Men)

We are seeking a skilled Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a contract position that is suitable for male candidates without the need for English language proficiency. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from budget management to venue selection and vendor coordination. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients' special day is executed flawlessly and meets their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event planning or coordination, particularly with weddings. You should also be highly organized with excellent time management skills. As this role does not require English proficiency, fluency in Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in Qatar would be an advantage.

Since this is a contract position, you will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule and manage your own workload. However, you must have your own visa to work in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding
- Develop and maintain budgets for each event
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, etc.
- Coordinate all logistical details including venue selection, transportation arrangements, and guest accommodations
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event
- Oversee setup and execution of events on the day of the wedding
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably with weddings
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in Qatar (preferred)
- Must have own visa to work in Qatar
