Housekeeping Manager


We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standards and procedures for housekeeping operations
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service is provided
- Create schedules and assign duties to housekeeping staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee maintenance requests for any equipment or facilities issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient coordination of services

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a housekeeping management role
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
