Hotel Manager (Pakistani National Preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability
- Manage and oversee all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing guest concerns
- Train and supervise staff members to provide exceptional service to guests
- Monitor inventory levels, expenses, and budget to ensure financial goals are met
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel's services and attract new business
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the shift

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hotel industry
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of effectively managing a team and delivering results
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and mentor staff members
- Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food and beverage operations, and maintenance protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
