Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Engineer

A prominent hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities are properly maintained and functioning at all times. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks of all hotel facilities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with equipment or systems in a timely manner
- Coordinate with external contractors for any major repairs or installations
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any recurring issues to management
- Implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure the longevity of hotel facilities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other hotel equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
