Seasonal Concierge (English Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This position is open to individuals of any nationality, with a preference for Indian candidates, who have excellent English speaking skills. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

As a Seasonal Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests. Your main duties will include assisting with guest inquiries and requests, making recommendations for local attractions and events, handling reservations and bookings, and ensuring that all guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential for this position. You must also have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work well under pressure.
