Business Coach - Full Time (Indians and Africans preferred)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and businesses in order to help them achieve their professional goals. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indians and Africans.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Provide group coaching sessions, workshops, and seminars on various business topics such as leadership, communication, time management, etc.
- Create personalized strategies for clients based on their specific needs and goals
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business coaching
- Collaborate with other coaches within the organization to develop new programs and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a business coach or consultant
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi or any African language is a plus)
- Strong understanding of business principles and practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passion for helping others achieve their full potential
