Art Director - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship provided)


We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar on a contract basis. This role is open to all nationalities, with a preference for African and Malayalee candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction and possess exceptional creative skills. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual style and design of various projects, including advertising campaigns, print materials, and digital content.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of creative concepts for various projects
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure high-quality designs are delivered on time
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to create innovative and effective designs
- Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
