Job Title: Merchandiser (For Indians)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting the sales of our products in retail stores. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers
- Plan and execute product displays, promotions, and events in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked in all locations
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing strategies and achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure product visibility and availability
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English
