Waiter/Waitress


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically in serving customers and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Offer menu recommendations and answer any questions about the dishes
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and dining room floor
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing for service as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to provide efficient and friendly service to customers
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
