Merchandiser for English Speaking Markets in El-Fujairah, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Merchandiser for English speaking markets, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote and sell our products to the Indian community in the region. Your main goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness among this target audience.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Merchandiser with a strong understanding of the Indian market. You should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, as well as have knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages. As this position requires working with the Indian community, preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies targeted towards the Indian community in El-Fujairah
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer behavior within this segment
- Create attractive product displays that appeal to the target audience
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of products
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments to achieve targets
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and other Indian languages
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian market, consumer behavior, and preferences
- Fluent in English with knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales
