Waiter (Indian)

We are currently seeking an experienced Indian Waiter to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This full-time position requires excellent English speaking skills and previous experience in a similar role. As the main point of contact for our customers, candidates must have strong communication and customer service skills. This job is suitable for men who are passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, taking their orders and serving food and beverages
- Provide recommendations on menu items and offer excellent customer service
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for each guest
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

Requirements:
- Must be Indian with a valid work permit in Qatar
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Proven experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints or requests effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
