Entry-Level Merchandiser (Malayalee preferred)


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Merchandiser. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of the Malayalee culture. This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and does not require prior experience or provide accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with product merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging products according to company standards.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper placement and promotion of products in retail stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Conduct regular store visits to check on product availability, pricing, and displays.
- Collect data and feedback from customers to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional strategies for new products or seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Malayalee language is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company merchandising guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
