Waiter/Server
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Server to join our restaurant team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter/Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while taking orders and serving food and beverages. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a waiter in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an English-speaking country.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them during their meals
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and ensure tables are properly set up for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/server in a busy restaurant setting
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
