Merchandiser (Pakistani/African) in Khalifah A City, UAE

We are seeking a talented and driven Merchandiser to join our team in Khalifah A City, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products in retail stores and ensuring their availability and visibility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, ensuring our products are well-stocked, displayed, and promoted
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for our products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and standards
- Manage inventory levels and work closely with the sales team to coordinate product orders
- Create attractive displays to showcase our products and increase sales
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Collect data on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:
- Pakistani or African nationality preferred
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role in the UAE market is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid UAE residence visa (own visa preferred)
- Full-time availability without accommodation provided by the company
