English Speaking Chat Operator

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as English Speaking Chat Operators in the vibrant city of Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a chat operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize your strong command of the English language to effectively communicate with customers from various backgrounds
- Maintain a positive and friendly tone while engaging in chat conversations
- Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy
- Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods of time
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required; freshers are welcome to apply
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
