Supply Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supply Manager Assistant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for an English speaking job and does not have prior experience in supply management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supply Manager in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and tracking deliveries
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Support the development of supply strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Pakistani nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
