We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to drive sales
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
