Arabic-Speaking Call Center Representative
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Arabic-speaking Call Center Representative. This role is based in Medina, Saudi Arabia and is open to Egyptian nationals. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing them with excellent service, and resolving any issues they may have.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic language (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Preference for candidates with accommodation already available in Medina
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with assistance
- Resolving customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintaining accurate records of all communication with customers
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
