Online Consultant (English Speaking)

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online platforms. Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product/service information
- Assisting customers with their purchases or orders through online platforms
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers
