Administrative Coordinator
We are currently seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operations of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining records
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics
- Assist with budget management by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting letters and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned by superiors
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn new tasks
