Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from the initial consultation with clients to the execution of the event itself.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision, budget, and requirements for their wedding
- Develop detailed plans for the wedding including venue selection, vendors, decorations, and timeline
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate prices and services that fit within the client's budget
- Coordinate all logistics for the wedding day including set-up, timeline management, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on wedding etiquette and traditions
- Ensure that all aspects of the wedding run smoothly and according to plan
- Keep track of expenses and stay within budget constraints set by clients
- Follow up with clients after the wedding to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of current wedding trends, etiquette, and traditions
- Creative thinking abilities
- Valid work permit for Qatar (preference given to Indian nationals)
- Availability for full-time work without accommodation provided
