We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions that occur during the night shift. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of daily financial transactions, including guest folios, cash receipts, and credit card transactions
- Verify accuracy of room rates, taxes, and other charges on guest folios
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial activity
- Balance and reconcile all revenue accounts and ensure proper accounting procedures are followed
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest information and adhere to hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an auditing or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using financial software programs such as MS Excel and Quickbooks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
