House Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and organized House Manager/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a private household in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This position is open to both Indian and African applicants.

As a House Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of domestic staff, including cleaners, cooks, and drivers. Your main duties will include creating schedules and delegating tasks, maintaining inventory and budget for household supplies, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and functionality of the residence.

This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience in house management. However, candidates must possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and employers.

Accommodation will not be provided for this role, so candidates must already have suitable housing arrangements in Ar-Ruwais or be willing to secure their own accommodation.

This is an urgent position, so candidates must be available to start immediately. Fluency in English is not required for this role as long as candidates can effectively communicate in their preferred language.
