Indian Art Director for Biometric Passport Design in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar

We are seeking a creative and experienced Indian Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of biometric passports for all citizens. This is a great opportunity to use your artistic skills and knowledge of design principles to create secure and visually appealing passports.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of designers and security experts to develop innovative biometric passport designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with international security standards
- Utilize your strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout to create visually appealing designs
- Manage and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality work is produced
- Work closely with government officials to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the design process
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in biometric technology to continuously improve passport designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director in a design agency or similar environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities in designing print materials (e.g. brochures, posters)
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
