We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our establishment. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and well-maintained, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff
- Ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and well-maintained
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Address any guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee laundry operations to ensure timely delivery of clean linens

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam language
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a housekeeper preferred
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Must be able to legally work in Qatar
