Junior Art Director


We are seeking a creative and passionate Junior Art Director to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Junior Art Director, you will work closely with the Senior Art Director to develop and execute visually stunning designs for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop design ideas that meet project objectives
- Assist in creating design layouts, graphics, and illustrations for print and digital media
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor designs to ensure our work is innovative and current
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing input and presenting design concepts
- Work within project timelines and budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards
- Keep up-to-date with emerging design software, techniques, and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or internship experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills

This position is open to both Indian nationals as well as individuals from other nationalities who are fluent in English. No prior experience is required but candidates with relevant internship or freelance experience will be preferred.
