Creative Art Director

Our company, located in Al-Khor, Qatar, is looking for a talented and creative Art Director to join our team. This job is suitable for men of any nationality, with no experience or English language skills required. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic vision for various projects and ensuring that they meet our company's standards. Your main duties will include developing and executing creative concepts, managing a team of designers, and collaborating with other departments to bring ideas to life.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- A bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure their vision is accurately portrayed in the designs
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback when needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to stay ahead of the competition
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards before being presented to clients or used in production
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing and production to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
